NHOS Labs Ecosystem Architecture

NHOS Labs, Inc. Technology Architecture — NHOS Intelligence Knowledge Layer and NHOS Track Personal Health Layer, built on the NHOS Intelligence Platform with Privacy, Offline Capability, and User Control
NHOS Labs, Inc. integrates two complementary layers: NHOS Intelligence, the knowledge and reasoning layer, and NHOS Track, the personal health layer.

An interconnected technology ecosystem rather than a collection of standalone applications.

Why NHOS Exists

Health information is abundant, but it remains fragmented across disconnected systems, difficult to interpret, dependent on centralized infrastructure, and often separated from the evidence and context needed to use it responsibly.

NHOS Labs, Inc. was created to explore a different model of health intelligence: one that is structured, privacy-preserving, locally capable, evidence-oriented, and designed to remain useful even when connectivity is unavailable.

Why Now

Healthcare information is expanding rapidly, but users and organizations continue to face significant challenges:

  • Fragmented health information across disconnected systems
  • Increasing concerns around health-data privacy
  • Growing demand for personalized health tools
  • Need for transparent, evidence-oriented health information
  • Increased adoption of AI-assisted health technologies

NHOS Labs is developing infrastructure for a more privacy-conscious generation of digital health.

NHOS Intelligence — Knowledge Layer

NHOS Intelligence is the foundational knowledge and reasoning layer of the NHOS ecosystem. It organizes, structures, and connects evidence-informed health information into a unified intelligence system.

The knowledge infrastructure includes structured relationships across symptoms, conditions, remedies, interactions, protocols, and evidence sources — designed to support both human exploration and computational reasoning.

Key components: health knowledge graph · evidence systems · NIME (NHOS Intelligence Matrix Engine) · content integrity · medication-herb interactions · symptom-condition mappings · research infrastructure.

NHOS Track™ — Personal Health Layer

NHOS Track is the personal health layer of NHOS, delivering privacy-first tracking, wellness organization, assessments, and everyday health management experiences powered by NHOS Intelligence. HealthFusion serves as the consumer application through which NHOS Track capabilities are deployed.

Unlike traditional health platforms built around centralized data collection, NHOS Track follows the NHOS privacy-first philosophy:

  • Personal health information remains under user control.
  • Core functionality is designed for local-first and offline-capable operation.
  • No advertising-based health data ecosystem.
  • No unnecessary account requirements for core functionality.

Key capabilities include:

Vitals tracking Symptoms tracking Habits & lifestyle Wellness tools Health assessments Personal health tools Health reports Medication organization Evidence-informed resources

NHOS Track represents the user-facing expression of NHOS Intelligence — bringing privacy-first health technology from the knowledge layer into everyday health management.

NHOS Technology Architecture

User Experience Layer NHOS Track™ — Consumer health management, tracking, and wellness tools
Application Layer Digital Health Tools — Integrity Checker, deployed tools, future modules
Intelligence Layer NHOS Knowledge Systems — Structured health relationships and reasoning
Research Layer Evidence Evaluation & Validation — Research frameworks and methodology
Privacy Layer Local-First + Offline Capability + User Control — Privacy-preserving foundation

Development Philosophy

NHOS Labs follows five guiding principles:

  • Privacy before monetization — User control is not an afterthought.
  • Evidence before claims — Engineering implementation is distinguished from clinical proof.
  • User control before data extraction — Information belongs to the user.
  • Responsible innovation before rapid deployment — Validation matters more than speed.
  • Validation before clinical interpretation — Clear distinction between what is built and what is proven.

Who We Are

NHOS Labs, Inc. is an independent digital health technology company developing privacy-first health intelligence systems designed to make structured health information more accessible, understandable, and responsibly actionable.

The company's flagship platform, NHOS (Natural Health Operating System), combines health intelligence, evidence-oriented research, privacy-preserving architecture, local-first computing, structured knowledge systems, and digital health tools into an integrated technology ecosystem.

Corporate Structure: NHOS Labs, Inc. — Delaware C-Corporation — NHOS.health

"Health intelligence should empower people without requiring them to surrender control of their personal information."

Founder & Origin

Built from the ground up by its founder

NHOS Labs, Inc. was founded by Adedapo Ogundiran, who serves as Founder & Lead Architect.

The underlying technology and platform — NHOS — began as an independent effort to build a different model for health technology: one in which useful health intelligence could be made more accessible without requiring users to surrender control of their personal information.

The platform, its underlying architecture, knowledge systems, privacy model, research infrastructure, and supporting resources were independently designed and developed by its founder from the ground up over several years before the company's formal incorporation.

Today, that work has evolved into NHOS — a privacy-first, offline-capable health intelligence platform — and into NHOS Labs, Inc., the corporate entity now focused on validation, commercialization, and institutional partnerships.

The company began with one founder and one vision. The long-term objective is to build the team, partnerships, research capacity, and infrastructure required to take that vision much further.

Professional Informatics Affiliation: Adedapo Ogundiran is a member of the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA). The affiliation complements his ongoing research and development work in clinical informatics, health intelligence, evidence integration, health information retrieval, privacy-preserving computing, and digital health systems architecture.

Researcher Identifier: ORCID iD: 0009-0003-8025-1116

Corporate Timeline: The NHOS technology and platform were developed from 2023 onward. NHOS Labs, Inc. was formally incorporated as a Delaware C-Corporation in 2026, establishing the corporate foundation for commercialization, research partnerships, licensing, institutional engagement and future growth.

Current Stage

NHOS Labs, Inc. has progressed from an initial independent development effort into an operating digital health technology and research organization with a functioning privacy-first platform, research infrastructure, proprietary methodologies, and a growing ecosystem of health intelligence capabilities.

The company is now transitioning from intensive founder-led development toward validation, commercialization, strategic partnerships, research collaboration, and organizational growth.

The next phase is not simply to build more technology. It is to validate what has been built, establish sustainable commercial pathways, expand research capacity, and assemble the people and partnerships required to scale NHOS responsibly.
